Home Health Care
This applies only to persons who receive Medicare. We work closely with several
Home Health Care agencies. These agencies provide a nurse, therapist and when
needed a physician to come into your home and provide services that you would
normally have to go to a hospital or clinic to receive.
Using a Home Health Care agency will benefit you in the long run. No more sitting in
the clinic to see a physician, no more sitting in a hospital when it's not an emergency or
life threatening situation. Allow the physician to come into your home and provide the
vital services that you need. If the physician says that you must go to the hospital, then
you know that you will have to go. Otherwise, the physician will handle the problem in
your home.
Keep in mind that a nurse will visit you in your home also to take your blood pressure,
to check your heart and to administer any medication that your physician might
prescribe and which must be administered by a nurse. In addition, if you have been
suffering from some ailment that requires a therapist, that therapist will come to your
home and work with your muscles and other parts of your body to keep you healthy.

Medicaid Program
Physicians that we know will work with persons who have Medicaid but do not have a
Primary Care Physician. Please contact our agency and we will help you to identify a
Primary Care Physician. Also, remember that Medicaid persons are eligible for certain
medical equipment (i.e. walkers, canes, diabetic supplies etc.)
