Transportation
Licensed and bonded companies handle our clients. Transportation is handled by
courteous, dependable vendors who are bonded, licensed, and insured carriers. Our
clients are treated with utmost respect and handled with care during their trips to and
from the facility. Patience and efficiency are the order of the day and our transportation
carriers are well equipped to provide elevated, professional, and first-rate service to our
clients. We require that clients be prepared to leave their primary care facilities at least
fifteen minutes in advance of the projected time of arrival of the passenger van or bus.
Our transportation vans have lifts, seatbelts, handrails, and other safety features to
insure the safety of all of our clients. Drivers are equipped with cell phones for use in
case of an emergency. Our vans are checked bi-weekly to insure adequate functioning
and safety. If a problem with transportation occurs, the driver or aid will call for
alternative emergency transportation.
